Please know that any piece can be altered as requested - change stones, shorter, longer... if you need additional options to your piece that are not listed please email or phone and we will be happy to help you.
Remember that there may be some variation in color, shape and/or size to each stone as these are natural stones. Also, please note that unless notified, all shipments will ship within 1 week of order. If additional items need to be ordered to complete your items you will be notified of the delay.
After you receive your items, if you are not completely satisfied we will be happy to exchange any non-custom item within 10 days of receipt. Please note that all sales of custom items are final, no returns or exchanges. Please call or email for a Return Code- no exchanges will be accepted without the Return Code.
